Central California Slot Racers

We are a group of Slot car enthusiasts that love the thrill of racing slot cars. Mainly we run 1/32 plastic cars such as Scalextric, Ninco, Slotit, Carrera, Spirit, Fly etc. We have three tracks in our group. One is a Carrera track located in Clovis, CA., called Thunderdrome Speedway. It has a four lanes with Trackmate scoring with multiple monitors and the size is 8x 30 fully landscaped . The other track is Carrera track located in Sanger, CA. called Man Cave Speedway. It has four lanes with Trackmate scoring and one 32 in flat screen and the size is 10x20 with some landscaping. The last track is located in Fresno, CA. It is called Circuit de Brian, It is a Revell, Monogram track redone. It has four lanes with lap timer 2000 it is 8x22 fully landscaped. We usually run 3 classes on one race day. Entry is 3.00 dollars per class to go towards maintaining the tracks, we use a magnite marshall , no traction compounds are allowed all you can use is tape or water to clean the tires. The classes and rules we run are as follows:

• IRL Spec - Must use Scalextric IRL chassis with stock motor, all you can do it put PPR or Indygrips tires on the car. Max weight 200 grams.
• GT - Any chassis manufacturer with any motor. Must be a real GT car in real life. Must be a plastic car, with plastic body. Max weight 400 grams.
• LMP, DP - Any chassis manufacturer with any motor. Must be a real LMP or DP in real life. Must be a plastic car, with plastic body. Max weight 500 gram.
• Vintage Trans Am - Any chassis manufacturer with any motor. Must have been a real Vintage Trans Am car in real life in the IMSA or any other series. Must be a plastic car with plastic body. Max weight 400 grams
• Vintage Can Am - Any chassis manufacturer with any motor. Must have been a real Vintage Can Am car in real life. Must be a plastic car with plastic body . Max weight 500 grams
• Vintage F1 post 1970 - Any manufacturer with any motor. Must have been a real Vintage F1 in real life. Must be a plastic car with plastic body. Max weight 300 grams.
• Vintage F1 pre 1970 - Any manufacturer with any motor. Must have been a real Vintage F1 in real life. Must be a plastic car with plastic body. Max weight 300 grams.
• F1 modern - Any manufacturer with any motor. Must be a real F1 car in real life. Must be a plastic car with plastic body. Max weight 300 grams.
• Nascar Modern or Vintage - Any manufacturer with any motor. Must be a real Nascar in real life. Must be a plastic car with plastic body. Max weight 400 grams.
• Touring cars - Any manufacturer with any motor. Must have been a real Touring car from the British, German and Australian Touring car series. Max weight 400 grams.

JB Enterprises and Hobbies started in October of 2005. We are located in Fresno, California. We have been in the industry for over 30 years and travel to most of the major races. We are working out of a 5,300 square foot facility. We also have an indoor race track which consists of an RCP Track system. We run 1/18th, Mini-Z's and X-Mods.
